Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reasons.<\/p>\n

The deadline for withdrawal is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or any third party named by you and who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Lbc\/Paris BioCosmétiques GmbH, Hugenottenallee 173, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany, E-Mail: shop@lbc-paris.com<\/a>, Fon +49 6102 81398-0, Fax +49 6102 81398-50) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post; a telefax or an email). You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose; it is, however, not compulsory.<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal all you need to do is notify us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline for withdrawal expires.<\/p>\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n

Should you withdraw from this contract, then we must return to you all the payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred because you selected a delivery mode other than the standard, cheaper delivery we offered) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. The same payment method which you used for the original transaction will be used for the repayment unless anything else was expressly agreed with you; on no account will we charge you for the repayment.<\/p>\n

We may refuse to make repayment until we have received the goods you are returning or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever took place first.<\/p>\n

You must send back or return the goods to us (Lbc\/Paris BioCosmétiques GmbH, Hugenottenallee 173, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany) immediately and, in all cases, at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you informed us that you were withdrawing from this contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been complied with if you dispatch the goods before the deadline of fourteen days expires. You must bear the direct costs incurred for returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You will only have to pay for any loss of value in the goods if this loss of value can be attributed to the fact that you handled the goods in a manner not required to examine their workmanship, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts concerning the supply of hermetically sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed following delivery.<\/p>\n
